Adopt a Rescue Pet (ARP) is teaming up with FreeHand pet food to help save the lives of dogs in our community. The concept is that for every pound of dog food sold, a pound of dog food will be donated to local pet shelters. ARP's Owner, Elizabeth Davis Rubin and Volunteer Coordinator, Andy Cunningham, talk about this great program and their partnership with FreeHand.
