Beef Tartare

INGREDIENTS
4 oz Finely Diced Fillet
1 tsp Chopped Capers
1 tsp Finely Diced Shallots
½ tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
1 tsp Finely Shredded Chives
1 tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ tsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon
Salt and Pepper As Desired
DIRECTIONS
1 – Finely dice beef and set aside
2- Combine all other ingredients, mix thoroughly with beef and season to taste
3- Place in ring mold and serve with toast points
