White Salsa
1 cup grated Diakon radish (grated and strained)
1 shallot minced
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup of minced asian pear (regular pear is fine, or fiji apple)
Toss in a bowl add salt and white pepper to taste.
Let sit for an hour before serving.
Goes great on a piece of fish.
