Wexford Irish Crème Ale Float
Ingredients
 
3          Chilled 16-oz cans of Wexford Irish Crème Ale
2          Pints premium vanilla ice cream – Häagen-Dazs
4 oz      Irish Cream – Bailey’s or Fennelly’s
            Whipped Cream
            Chocolate sauce
 
Preparation
 
Divide the ice cream between the four (16 ounce) glasses, pour 1 oz of Irish cream into each cup, pour the ale gently, leaving about an inch from the top of the glass. Top off with some whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Add a straw and a spoon and serve. 
 
Yield: Serves 4
