Home-Made Firecracker Chicken Breast

Home-made firecracker chicken breast
Serves 4-5 (1 cup)

 

INGREDIENTS:

Marinated Sliced Chicken Breast     12oz.
Salad Oil                                                2 tbsp.
Sesame Oil                                           1 tsp.
 
Group A:
Whole Dry Chili Pepper (part 1)        8pcs.
Ground Ginger (part 2)                       1 tsp.
Ground Garlic                                       1 tsp.
Crushed Red Chili Pepper                1 tsp.
Washed Black Beans                         1 1/2 tsp.
 
Group B:
Diced Red Bell Pepper                       2oz.
Yellow Bell Pepper Tri-Cut                 2oz.
Diced Yellow Onion                             3oz.
 
Group C:
Cooking Wine                                      1 tsp.
Soy Sauce                                             1 tbsp.
Cornstarch Mix                                     1 tbsp
(Equal parts cornstarch
powder and water)    
Water                                                      1/4 cup

COOKING PROCEDURES:

1. Heat clean wok over a high flame. Add 2 tbsp. of salad oil into the wok and heat the oil until hot.

2. Add marinated Chicken Breast into wok.  Stir quickly, seperating the meat and then cook for approximately 50 seconds. Remove cooked marinated chiclen breast and oil from the wok. Drain well.

3. Add Group A (Part 1 stir fry until the chili changes to a darker color and then add part 2) and Group B into the heated wok. Stir for 30 seconds. Add cooked marinated chicken breast and Group C. Stir until the sauce boils and thickens. Add 1 tsp. of sesame oil and continue stirring and folding until the ingreidents are thoroughly mixed. Place finished product on a dish and serve.
