Hot Chocolate

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

3 cups Kikkoman Pearl® Chocolate Organic Soymilk

3 whole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

Miniature marshmallows (optional)

Instructions:

Combine soymilk, cloves and cinnamon sticks in small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat. Let stand, covered, 15 minutes. Strain hot chocolate into 2 individual serving mugs. Place a cinnamon stick in each mug; discard cloves. Sprinkle with marshmallows, if desired.
