Barbequed Blackened Pork Loin

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

4 -  12 oz.              Organic Pork Tenderloins

2/3 cup                  Orange Juice

1 teaspoon              Paprika

1/4 cup                  Brown Sugar

1/3 cup                  Kikkoman Lime Ponzu Sauce

2 tablespoons       Honey

6 Sprigs              Fresh Rosemary

10 Sprigs             Fresh Thyme

1 Teaspoon         Cracked White Pepper

1 Teaspoon           Kosher Salt

Equipment:

4-   15 inch   Metal Skewers

Instructions:

Start by making the marinade by mixing the orange juice, brown sugar, paprika, balsamic vinegar, honey, rosemary, thyme and pepper. Mix well and be sure the brown sugar is mixed evenly. Place the pork into a large oval platter and pour the marinade over the pork. Let it sit and marinate for 6 hours. Remove the pork and slide the skewers into the pork through the side, placing 1 inch apart. Cook for 25 minutes on medium flame for a perfect cooked pork.
